Its not the official song by Il DIvo and Toni Braxton or "Celebrate the Day".

More of an instrumental song with singing in the background. I believe the crowd often chanted along with it as well.

It was played at the end of each world cup game no matter who the victor was. I have looked everywhere and cannot find it.

I found this on another forum:

Qu: At the end of each World Cup match the same music track can be heard played across the stadium PA. Can you i.d. it please?

Ans: It's called the Fifa Anthem and was composed by Franz Lambert.
I'm probably way of track with this one

It could be Goleo VI feat. Patrizio Bua - Stand Up (they used the music part of "Go West" for that).

It is called 'Stand Up' by Patrizio Bua. It is a song built around the Pet Shop Boy's Version of Go West. You can find it on the Goleo VI dance hits compilation, I believe.

    "Stand up for the champions...."
