It's in my head and stuck there. It's a late 70's , early 80's song and the opening of the song is mostly funk-sounding keyboarding and then a squeeky, almost faint voice phases in and he sings "................(CHORUS): "Can't live without funk......PUT ONS!"...........OR...he says. "Men and Women in Front, PUT ONS!...and then COME ON PEOPLE JOIN OUR PARTY...........he sings this melody rather slowly....it's very harmonius...so, harmoniously so that this song will send me to an insane asylum soon as it is stuck in my head! I am 43 years old....so that may help the astute reader tune into what I am saying!
