Looking for French lyrics to familiar tune

Hi: When I was in high school in 1958, the French teacher played a song for us that the tune was the same as "Smile". I remember some of the lyrics (though I probably don't spell them correctly), but, try as I may I have lost a few of the lines and have not been able to recall them in all these years. The lyrics that I know are as follows:

It's been a while since my high school french class but I found several versions of a song called "Petite Fleur". The following version is by Henri Salvador and some of the lyrics are a close match to yours.
