country by country

Back around 1970 I had an album simply called Country by Country. One of the songs was Rock and Roll Heaven: "Rock and Roll Heaven's just a song away, let me take you there...". Another song went "Janie Janie, fix up your face and let's go, down to the Bijou, sit in that front row yeah." I've been trying to find that, but googling "country" is worse than trying to find lyrics by the band Cowboy!!! Can anyone point me to this band or album named Country? Lyrics, chords, vinyl? anything - thanks!
