Okay so ive heard it twice on the radio and i always miss hearing what the name is , and it has a female singing , she sounds like chantal kreviazuk or a singer like that, and the only line i remember is Im not seventeen , and NO it is not" im not seventeen by mandalay " i thought it might have been but no. pllleeeease help!! i think it is a relatively newer song also. ..

There's a song by Tori Amos called "Girl" that has this line in it.

I guess you could say she sounds a little like Chantal Kreviazuk. It was from 1992 though, so unless you are mistaken, I'm not right this time!
