    Default Identify Americon Idol Songs

I have 2 songs I'd like to id from the american idol auditions - the hollywood ones. I know some of the lyrics. The first is "to reach you". I think there is a song with this name. Can anyone please verify this and who the artist is? The second one has the lyrics in it "when you love a woman" and "tell her you love her" and "have you every really really been in love..." It was done by several contestants in the hollywood auditions - mostly male. I'm looking for the name of the song and artist. Please help if you know. Thanks.

the second one you're asking about sounds a lot like the Bryan Adams song from Don Juan DeMarco "have you ever really loved a woman".
i'll have to think about the first one.

EDIT: the first one, I believe is Marc Anthony "to reach you"

1st one makes me think of

    Lucy Hale - Get Here

You can reach my by railway
You can reach me train way
    You can reach me
    On an airplane
You can reach me with your mind

You can reach me by caravan
Cross the desert like an Arab man
I don't care how you get here
Just get here if you can

Maybe give a little bit more info

    female/male singer

    genre (rock, techno, reggae, etc.)

age of the song (sounds like 60's, 80's or post 2000, etc)

I missed part of the Hollywood rounds this year, but "just to reach you" is the hook phrase from Melissa Ethridge's "Come to My Window," a perennial "AI" favorite tune.
