Unknown song - know very little lyrics

Hey I was wondering if somebody could help me figure out what this song is. The problem is that I only know 2 parts of the song. What I do know is that it was a female singer and the song is either from late 90's or early 00's. I listened to it a couple times but I couldn't really remember a lot of the lyrics. The music from the song was on some advertisement and I thought I should post and see if somebody has any ideas.

"I will miss you" "I need you" (has music playing after like a lot of the song phrases)

With the lyrics you provided we can rule out about half of the existing songs...the rest all fits...
