Help with a CREAM album

Hi,
I had an album around 1998, It was a cream album 2 discs, it was in a white card sleeve, i am pretty sure disc 1 was james lavelle and disc 2 was nick warren, one of the discs was a continous mix which started of with loads of street fighter 2 samples (the nintendo game) in it and also had a rap by Dr. Octagon.,

I really would love to know what this albums title is.

As i would like to own it again, i have searced ebay endlesly trying to find it.

Please help.

It's cream live volume 2, The james lavelle disc is amazing.
