Right, here's what I can remember:
    - rock/indie song
    - very catchy riff
    - one verse starts, I think, 'Ladies and gentlemen', and then something about let me introduce/allow me to introduce
    - a later verse starts with something like 'you're the prettiest (?) girl'

It's played in River Island the last two times i've been there, so I presume it's quite new. Googling the lyrics has brought up nothing.

    Help is much appreciated.

    Big Bro - Nu Flow

    Also spelled Big Brovaz

"Ladies and Gentlemen, it is pleasure to introduce to you all, the finest ... "

Sorry, that's not it - it's a rock song, not a hip hop song.

SHould have specified that being in the UK, I wouldn't be suprised if it's a young British band.

    Again, all help appreciated.

Ah well...I don't really care about genres...all genres overlap, and one person may think it is rock, the other considers it country, besides I don't know what indie is...

    What about this song?:

Tom Waite - Lucky Day OVerture

Found it on google looking for lyrics...

Hema, thanks for looking, but again, afraid that's not it. I've googled every combination of words I can think of, but to no avail.

Maybe someone will read this and recognise, but unless that happens I don't fancy my chances...
