I need help with a spanish song I need the rest of the lyrics and a translation

I know a couple of the words to this song but I don't know all it is a beautiful song and I would love it if it could be translated....here are the few words of the song I know

I learned it in my church at Bettendorf and I don't know who sings it all that i know is that they sang it in song service and I remembered a little more of it that goes like so....
