Help...The fire downtown....etc...Pistons intro music? Something like that?

hey guys.....i've been going nuts for months trying to figure out the name and artist of the song....

The Detroit Pistons uses it in their intro's
We at De La Salle in Warren use it
And i hear it sometimes on the radio....

the lyrics consist of "It's the fire downtown....(followed by like a brass instrument)"

some say its the Ironman show song....which when i search ironman...all i have is Black Sabath and Ozzy Osbourne....

any knowledge or help is well appreciated!!!!
