please help me i've heard this song a few times and i really love it but i don't know who sings it or what it's called. the chorus is this guy singing and the rest is reggae and it's slow.

here is the chorus part that i know:

im not sure if its the one but i think the reggae one is on the pure lovers collection but im not sure what volume it its on

No, that's not it. It's a newer song i've only heard it on the radio a couple times and it's new....
