    Smile Spanish Singers

Check out these - my personal favorites.

Aventura (this type is called Bachata)
Sin Bandera (they are from Mexico but Sin Bandera means "without a flag")
    Mana
    I love Don Omar too

They all have myspace accounts - you can go to myspace.com and click on the link for music and search latin music and get a taste of the music out there.

Also - watch these threads becuase the songs being requested (translated) are usually newer and you can get a feel for the meanings and then look up the artist.
Project Playlist | Myspace Playlist | Create, Share Music Playlists | Music Playlist || Tagworld, Stickam, Hi5, Friendster, Infieldparking.com, Xanga, Myspace Music Playlists also has a search feature where you can search by artist and listen to some songs - some links work some don't just click on the triangle.

I think I've fallen in love with Latin music..though I don't know all of the words, YET!

Pandora Internet Radio - Find New Music, Listen to Free Web Radio is a GREAT site to listen to and find new music! It's free &&& what you do is make an account & type in a song.artist and it plays similar and even that song eventually. Great way to find good music

    So far I really like:

    Ricardo Arjona
    Shakira
    Mana
    Bacilos
    Alejandro Sanz
    Ha-Ash
    RBD
    Paulina Rubio ..kinda
Anasol (pop princess type . lol. )
    Jennifer Lopez
    Marc Antony
    ... many more...

Still want to extend my Latin music knowledge, which is kinda limited!

Here's a couple life-altering muscisians: Silvio Rodriguez, Joan Manuel Serrat.
I highly recomend their albums Rabo de Nube and Mediteraneo respectively. No latinophile should go without them.
