yes you are right, querer means want.

the spanish language is lucky enough to have two ways to say i love you!

te quiero literally means "i want you" or "i love you". you use "te quiero" to express love for your family members, friends, pets, etc

amar also means "to love", but it sounds more romantic, so you would use this one with your romantic partner. in some countries however (esp. in spain) "te amo" is sometimes considered a bit cheesy, so "te quiero" would do just fine.

A good example of that is ''I like you'' and ''I love you''...

    (when did you hear ''requete''?)
No hay mal que por bien no venga...

I recall that someone has already explained this to you, but I will repeat this person. Exvivos is like people who don't live with eachother anymore like ex boyfriend.... I guess the other thing is un Feliz... feliz=happy
