There's this song from 1998 that uses the sample beats from Material Girl by Madonna & sample beats from The Name Game by Shirley Ellis. In the song lyrics she sings about Coming Down The Chimney (She's Coming Down The Chimney). The song lyrics are close to that any ways. She sounds like Crystal Waters. It also has bells in the tune as well. What is the name of this song and who sings it?

However, their other #1 hit "Feel It" (released April 1998) contains a sample of the Jackson 5's "Can You Feel It" and the following line:
"What's she gonna look like with a chimney on her?"
