its been a long time since i herd this so i dont quite know the title or all the lyrics : all i know is this

This song is from the 80's and sounds kind of techo. It starts off with a guy asking a spanish speaking woman if a Mr. Don Quion is in? She replies no no no no no no senior and then you hear some clapping hands. then the beat starts in. Then it says something in spanish I dont think it means anything but please forgive me if what I write is totally wrong. It sounds like boya borique toh boya borique toh uh oh. I have no idea what that is but that is what it sounds like. Please help it is driving me crazy that I don't know.
