This is a tough one...please help!!

I heard this song in the bar last night. The station was playing random hits from Radiohead to My Chemical Romance. I think even heard U2 and Audioslave so the station had a decent mix of music. Ok so heres what I heard from this song...like I said this is a tough one.

The song has a guitar and light drums going and the only vocal I could make out was a guy singing it sounded like he said "be there" or "I'll be there" when he sings this lyric its the most prominent part of the song the next line is quieter and much lower in pitch, sounded like he was mumbling to me but it was a noisy bar. I love the song and I just can't seem to find it or anything even close. Help if you can!! Thanks
