VLC plays it but it sounds like an awful recording - can hardly make it out.

Real Player plays it on mine too.

yeah I cannot make out much from this recording either.
What I did make out was "No matter what I do" and at
the end "Walkie talk don't burn my mouth" although
even with that I could not find anything to help ya with
this one.

man, i only know that it was very popular as song..

my motha is 53 and she perfectly knows that song, but not the title or the artist...

Well, I was around in the 80s and listening to music [of course] but the problem is, there were millions of very popular songs then as there are now.. Best bet is to ask your mother if she can think of any more of the lyrics.....anything at all might help.

I was too and music was my world and I cannot figure this one out.
I have been trying and trying. Even enlisting the help of family and
we just cannot seem to figure this one out...
Will keep trying though...I love a challenge!

I think i know this song just can't remember who it is it goes something like "monkey go chop a na na" (well thats what it sounded like at the time anyway lol) just got to try and find it now
