You know that film called "Date Movie" there is a scene where both families are sat at the table and they start singing.

Its a piss take from a real song and they sing "For ever and ever" etc

Any ideas what the real song is called?

I tried to watch this movie but I bailed before the scene you mentioned.

However, that one lyric immediately reminds me of Kenny Loggins' "Whenever I Call You Friend".
Kenny recorded a duet of this song with Steve Nicks.
