Help me identify this song: Not much to work with

Ive been trying to find out who sing this song or the name of it for a few months now. I hear it on z100 all the time. I doubt the lyrics are accurate at all but maybe someone can get the something from it.

A girl sings (young sexy voice) it and it sounds a little like 80 freestyle music.
