Song of... Umm Kolthom?

Hello everyone (this is my first post ^^):

I have a lyric in arabic, I guess it is from Umm Kolthoum, but I'm not sure and also I don't know its titles. If anyone from Egypt (or anywhere else) would help me please??

I will attach only the 1st lines, to don't load the post:
