Can't find the answer anywhere

I have no idea who sings this or the name of it. The singer sounds familiar though. Help if you can, here is a bit of the lyrics. Capital for band singing, lower for lead.

then comes the part of the song that probably has the title but I can't understand. If more is needed I will add it.

Thanks for the reply. I knew the title had something to do fantasy, the palace was a maybe to my ears as it sounded longer than it should, like there was a fourth word. Thanks again.
