Dance/Trance Song with little lyrics

Hi, I am brand new here and completely devastated lol

Looking for this dance/trance song since a long time, but with as little lyrics as this song has, it's really hard to find.

It's a female voice singing "I can't wait". Then there's some cool high pitch sort of beat.

I have seen the music video before. It has a person sitting, then there is another person sort of morphing out of this one and you see both sort of overlayed moving with the upper body.

It's really difficult to explain. I have these pictures and song pieces in my head and can't find the song. If I remember right, the artist would be a male name, but I could be completely off on that one.
