I cannot find the lyrics per se.

The song was originally released as a "cover" of the Stevie Nicks (Fleetwood Mac) song, "Edge of Seventeen". Lyrics for "Edge of Seventeen" are readily available on the web and are provided below. However, Mark Brown & Nick Corelli could not get all the required legal clearances and had to re-record the song as "Something on Your Mind". Some websites claim this version of the song has "new" lyrics while others claim that it just has a new vocalist (Abigail Bailey) to re-do the song with the new title.
