French Music Whistle

I HEARD A FRENCH MUSIC INSIDE THE STORE. tHERE IS WHISTLE AND WORDS FRENCH BUT I DONT KNOW THE NAME. COULD YOU HELP ME.....

I was just browsing by, looking for a site that might have guitar tabs to smoe french tunes and i saw this, i thought maybe it could be the song C'est Bon, by Mareva Galanter? I don't know much French music, but that song has a pretty catchy whistle in it.
