Can't seem to identify this song.... help plz!

I hear it often, but can't really hear it because it is at work and in background and it is noisy.

It is like energetic song by a woman voice.

Seems to be saying "And I feel" over lots of times, and that is all I can really understand from it.

I tried looking up everything I could think of like "And I'll feel", "And I heal", etc. etc but nothing popping up.

Problem is the lyrics are too generic to search for I think.

Sounds like 90s+ but I'm not really good at placing dates.

The most pronounced lyrics in the song, "But I fear", are repeated several times.

Hmmm tried both but neither were the song I was looking for.

The part I hear sounding like "And I feel" repeats at least 10 times and is no more syllables.

That is it thanks! Amazing how the lyrics are actually "And I feel" yet no lyrics search pulls up that song when I search those lyrics.
