I've seen the Lord's Prayer (Padre Nuestro) several times in music in Spanish. It pretty much works as-is. For example, one I found quickly.

I saw one with melody in a songbook that a friend at a church in Austin TX has; I can ask if you need, but it would probably be rather difficult to get a copy up here. Maybe someone else has seen?

Padre nuestro que estas en los cielos,santificado sea tu nombre
Venga tu reino. Sea hecha tu voluntad, como en el cielo, asi tambien en la tierra. Danos hoy nuestras pan de dia, y perdonanos nuestras deudas,como tambien nosotros perdonamos a nuestros duedores.
