name of song commonly used in scenes involving love

The song is used a lot, like whenever someone is falling in love with someone, or like love at first sight. It starts out with these guy singing, in a breathy voice, not words it sounds like hoo hoo hoo hoooooo hooo then buh buh, buh buh. If anyone here has ever watched veggie tales, when Mr. Lunt sings about how he loves his cheeseburger, part of the song sounds like the buh buh, buh buh part. I don't know if the song has any real singing, because usually not very much of the song is played, and usually the same part. And I think that the name of the song might have something to do with the word true, but I'm not entirely sure.
