I can't quite understand what he is saying, so I need your help!

Sorry, don't recognize the song, but if it reminds me a little of Matt the Electrician. I doubt that's who it is (maybe it's a local Eugene band, since that's where they're from? Doubt they'd've heard of a smalltime guy from Austin, though) but anyway if you like the song, here, you can listen to some of Matt's stuff. Maybe that'll at least tide you over for a while as you continue your search.

I thought no one would ever find it. I randomly checked my email and it said someone found the song. Crazy!
