80's (?) "Hey Johnny"...

I've been looking for the name/artist of this song for a long time. Music has an 80's touch. A few text parts i can remember are:

'Johnny was a wanderer...'

'Hey hey Johnny, you've worked all day, ... just to earn your pay' (kinda refrain)

'... just another situation for a small town boy ...'


I'd appreciate any hints
