please help

Hey tterbo,
I have never ever posted before but I am trying like crazy to find the same song:
"How about a early ninetees/late eighties song that goes
New York, New York, city of the people... techno song?"
I used to go clubbing back then and dance to this song. It is awesome and I can't find it ANYWHERE! Have you had any luck? I think it also says "city of deceivers" after the "city of the people" line and it repeats "New York" a lot.
