"freeze... happy time" ? A really catchy rap song

Hi there,

For anybody here that's quite familiar with most rap songs they play on movies, I could really use your help. There's this awesome hiphop or rap song that I've heard on a particular movie, but what a shame - I've forgotten even what the movie is. It might have been Big Momma's House, or perhaps Dodgeball. It was a comedy... a sort of teen comedy film that it was played on.

Anyway, I vaguely remember seeing part of this song's music video, but I can't remember who the artist was or when I heard it - just a number of years ago.

This song isn't new BTW, its probably from the early 90s or maybe even 80s.

Not really sure that's going to help a lot, but it might be a start. I cannot think of, or find any reference to those specific lyrics, although of course, it is the sort of thing that pops up so often in music that it tends not to be noted as a lyric, perhaps. (clutching at straws in an entirely contradictory manner....)

Are you sure those are the lyrics?

It seems awfully familiar to U Can't Touch This, by M.T. Hammer, which was released January 1990 on his album "Please Hammer Don't Hurt 'Em"
