Help finding song

I'm trying to find this song. It's from sometime during or after 2003. It has a video to it. Well i'm trying to find the artist really. In the video I remember she's flying in the air singing and a rope is attached to her. There's a whole beach setting. It's a love song. On her album is a song with the lyrics... watching,waiting always by your side,so baby sleep...some of the words abridged. Her style is pop opera. Thanks for the help everyone.

Is it Sheryl Crow - Always On Your Side?

No. I know who sheryl Crow is...and also did you read at all? None of what I described has to do with crow. She does not even come close to performing opera. This is not some well known artist from mtv or some such that doesn't play any opera.
