HELP! Acoustic song ID

ok i canunderstand if no one knows what im talking about, but I heard this song on the way home from work on a CLASSIC ROCK radio station. It was a guy with a raspy voice and a SICK acoustic guitar. He was singing about an airplane. Something about "On my airplane...." something, theres an adjective after that word and i cant figure it out. ive been searching for days for the song.

Not about an airplane, but perhaps "On a Plain" by Nirvana from the Unplugged album?

the closest one was the Steve Miller Band one. It is an acoustic guitar, that is what I remember the most about it. I play guitar and I want to learn this song, it was a beautiful and yet dark song. Thanks for the help guys. Keep trying
