Ik Lara by Ashok Masti - transl. needed

Hi everybody,

I need to know the translation of the song Ik Lara.
I guess i´s composed/sang by Ashok Masti, but I am not sure.
The music is bollywood dance style and I was told that the language is bhangra. As fas as I know it is not a bollywood movie music. Unfortunatelly I could not find any lyrics of this song.

So I now need the lyrics and its translation or at least some hints about what the man is singing. :-)
