    Hi, It has been driving me nuts since I heard this tune a few weeks ago, I can not figure out the name of the song or the artist. Can anyone help, here are some of the lyrics:
    Heather, Heather, I never met a girl like you in my life...

    Anyone? Please help it is one of my favorite songs from the 70's but can't find it on Itunz as I don't have and artist or song name. Thanks in advance.

    there all songs from the either the early eighties or late 60's with the name heather in them

    "Heather" by The Wedding Present
    "Heather Honey" by Tommy Roe

    Is it possible you misheard the "Heather" part? The song "Suavecito" by Malo goes "Never, never, I never met a girl like you in my life." They drag out the "Never" part so I could see it being interpreted as "Heather."

    Dang you are good! Finally that is the song, you have been a lifesaver this song was driving me crazy no wonder I couldn't find a reference, it is never never. Thanks again!

    Glad to help. Oddly enough, even though I really like that song, I've never been able to figure out all the lyrics. Luckily, the beginning I do know!
