American Eagle Song Driving Me CRAZY!!!

Walked into American Eagle Outfitters yesterday perfectly fine. Walked out with a bag of clothes singing the best song i've ever heard, but with no idea who sings it, or the title.

The only words I know were repeated quite often throughout the song:
"He's not listening..."
Sung by a female high pitched voice, sounded like a pop/alternative song.
PLEASE help me identify this before I have to check myself into a mental facility.
