Identify this PLEASE!! Will be tough

I was actually at a red lobster tonight and heard this song. I could just barely hear it and don't have much to go on. I know that it was from a movie like American Pie or something of the sorts but was definitely not from that movie (I already checked!!). Anyways, it goes something like this:

(It's not very fast but the chorus speeds it up) "Somethin in my head again, pulsin through my brain again"

Or something close to that with words that sound the same, I am just not sure but absolutely love the song. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

maybe it is The La's - there she goes, kind of a stretch but who knows.

I appreciate the responses, but unfortunately that was not the song. It is the song that came up every time I have searched though. I must have the words wrong.
