Question Why did I move to Southern California

There was a song that was popular probably around 1995, and the video featured a stuntman on fire who was running through the streets. I am pretty sure the song was called "California," but I don't know the artist and I can't find it anywhere. The lyrics included "Why did I move to Southern California" and, I think, "got a radio, it got no speakers"

    Help?

    Question More info

OK, I know it was kind of a loud scream-whiny band, and I think this was their one hit. It might have been a one-word band name.

    Will this narrow it down?
