Hi! Well I heard the whole song and here I transcribe it, but I didn't understand one line, which is the one where I've put "??????".

si me ha de cargar la chingada
    que sea en mero Guadalajara
    quiero andar electrizado
    y borracho hasta la chingada
    ?????????
y no hay quien me diga nada

yo he vivido entre lo mejor
    gracias al valor que tengo
    al peligro no le temo
ni a la muerte tengo miedo
    por eso lo tengo todo
    por eso y vivo contento

    que toquen "puño de tierra"
    también "la vida prestada"
    y que me entierren cantando
    si me carga la chingada

    quiero ramos de amapola
    y tambien ramos de mota
    que suenen cuerno de chivo
    y retumben la tambora
    quiero morirme en
para invitar toda la mola (de cocodrillo)

    yo nací entre la pobreza
y eso a Dios yo le agradezco
    porque el destino me hizo
    tener agalla de acero
y de nadie yo me dejo
    menos de ningún pendejo

    que toquen puño de tierra
    también "la vida prestada"
    y que me entierren cantando
    si me carga la chingada

    I want to be electrified
    y borracho hasta la chingada
    and plastered to the limit,
    ?????????
y no hay quien me diga nada
and no one can talk me out of it

yo he vivido entre lo mejor
    I’ve lived among the best,
    gracias al valor que tengo

    that’s why I’m happy

    y que me entierren cantando
and I want to be buried singing
    si me carga la chingada
    when I die

    quiero ramos de amapola
    I want bouquets of poppies,
    y tambien ramos de mota
    and also bouquets of pot,
    que suenen cuerno de chivo
    fire the AK47
    y retumben la tambora***
    and let the tambora sound
    quiero morirme en
I want to die in (...?)
para invitar toda la mola (de cocodrillo)
so all that bunch can attend my funeral

    yo nací entre la pobreza
I was born in povertyy eso a Dios yo le agradezco
and for that I thank God,
    porque el destino me hizo
    because destiny made me
    tener agalla de acero
    a strong man,
y de nadie yo me dejo
    and I’m nobody’s fool
    menos de ningún pendejo
and even less any a**hole’s fool

    también "la vida prestada"
    and “a borrowed life”,
    y que me entierren cantando

    Hi!

*la ch**gada is slang for "death", and thus si me carga la ch**gada (if la ch**gada carries me away) means to die (Mexican slang)

**"Un puño de tierra" and "la vida prestada" are two popular Mexican songs which talk basically about enjoying life as much as you can, as when you'll die you'll leave everything behind and life's just too short to be wasted

***tambora is a huge drum used in popular music in Northern Mexico (It may have an English name, but I just couldn't find it!)

I know that my translation is not as colourful in language as the original in Spanish, but that's because English is not my native language... I'd be very interested and curious to see if someone could provide "funnier" or more accurate translations...

    Greetings, Citlalli

@Cerb: hey, where did you hear it? I searched for it all over the web but I just couldn't find the lyrics nor listen to it anywhere!... it's just a shame about the missing words. Anyway, thanks for posting the lyrics you had!

Great! I'll listen to it later (I've gotta go now for a couple of hours) and see if I can get the missing part of it...

    I'm glad it's helped you a bit!

hi citlalli. I heard it here Si Me A De Cargar La Chingada - Los Inquietos Del Norte Music - MP3 Stream on IMEEM
I really tried to hear and understand but in the ???? part is sung very low and what I get to hear is unintelligible. Something about gusto or agosto?. I'm native speaker but I have no further clue.
tener agalla de acero: this is sort of poetic. To have the guts, but guts of steel.
I missed a line. It was "Quiero morirme engrifado". I'm sorry for having missed it. Although this fits the "electrizado" part since "engrifado" means "ruffled" like "ruffled feathers", I still don't get to know what it means exactly.
Maybe someone from Mexico (if he's from Jalisco the better) could help even more.

    Hi!

I haven't heard it yet, but I promise I will.

I really like your translation of "agalla de acero", it just didn't occur to me at all when I was translating.

I'm also native speaker. I'm Mexican, but from Mexico City.
I have a couple of friends from Guadalajara and from Northern Mexico, I may get to give them a quick ring to ask about "engrifado".

Well, see you later guys... have a nice day!

Hi! I've finally listened to this tune and this is what I understood:

si me ha de cargar la chingada
    que sea en mero Guadalajara
    quiero andar electrizado
    y borracho hasta la chingada
es mi gusto, así es mi gusto (But I'm not completely sure... you're right Cerb, it's quite hard to understand what he says there)
y no hay quien me diga nada

yo he vivido entre lo mejor
    gracias al valor que tengo
    al peligro no le temo
ni a la muerte tengo miedo
por eso hoy lo tengo todo
    por eso hoy vivo contento

    que toquen "puño de tierra"
    también "la vida prestada"
    y que me entierren cantando
    si me carga la chingada

    quiero ramos de amapola
    y tambien ramos de mota
que suene el cuerno de chivo
    y retumbe la tambora
    quiero morirme engrifado

    ---------
    Suggested translation:

-es mi gusto, así es mi gusto= that's how I want it to be, that's the way I want it to be

I asked about "engrifado" and I was told that "to be engrifado" means to be under the influence of drugs (normally marihuana). Now, I think that changes the sense of the following sentence (Pa' invitar a toda la bola... de cocodrilos); I reckon he doesn't mean to have all his bunch of buddies at his funeral, but to invite all his bunch of buddies to a marihuana orgy or a marihuana farewell do sort of thing... what do you reckon Cerb? Changing subject, where are you from?

Well, hope to hear from you. Cheers, Citlalli

mmhhh... well, in Mex. DF people say that someone anda "grifo" to express exactly the same. Maybe all these terms are somehow related to each other.

    saludos!
