I guess Xavier is plyaing with words: MC = MC in to express simet´hing really big like: BIG MAC;

and I think doper = doper; someone who takes doping medicaments to do increase results.

MC is like DJ, but in the hip hop world. It's Master of Ceremonies, and I think, it is used here in the song, to say with other words "leader" (like MC is leader of the hip hop party, God is MC of life)

doper can also be, like if you say in German "das war doper". It can be understood as "it was so good, that it felt like being under influence (dope = drugs, English say in example "Wow, that song was dope") : Like "that was so deep", or "that was very great"... But I don't know, how to put this word in English here in this Songtext
