Some unknown Hip Hop

Was listening to an underground hip hop show from one of the local colleges in the area and came across some lyrics. I've searched the internet but gave up because last time i had a question it was answered here in no time

Lyrics aren't perfect but should be close enough...

song 1 - "so sit back and ride with me, welcome to my dynasty Mc make the money, money don't make the mc"

song 2 (probably a little harder to identify) "lets hit the outlets and see whats poppin' in clinton"

What was the college and/or the area? Every major city in most states has their own underground hip hop movement, so unless these guys were some of the more popular variety of underground hip hop artists, such as Living Legends and Project Blowed, they could just be local artists from that particular city

the lyrics from the first song i mentioned are not by an underground group. the production was too clean.
