I think you have not language problem then ,I know similar languages are spoken in that regions,right ?

you mean croatian and bosnian? it's same language well not completely same but 99.9% same croatian=bosnian=serbian call it yugoslavian language , some words are even same as in türkçe, çay=čaj

baba = (in bosnia they say) babo şeytan = (older ppl say) šejtan şeker=šećer ...

Well to be honest, neither did I :P .. There are probably more words which aren't even mentioned..
When I finally learn Turkish, I will be able to get the whole picture :P.
