Tehcno song, no idea.

I was looking around on YouTube almost a year ago and I found this segment of a song (http://youtube.com/watch?v=AuSd6koePv0) and to no avail, I looked. The person who posted the video stopped using YouTube around the same time I PMed them and asked them what song it was, so I never got a reply. Thanks for the help.
