heyyy i downloaded a song called 09-11-01 tribute by lifehouse but no matter what i type in google i cant seem to find th lyrics, im dying to find out cause it seems like a really sweet song....plz reply if u know it, its driving me insane lol

I haven't heard of this kind of song by Lifehouse, but i have seen 9/11 videos, where in background is Lifehouse singing, maybe you downloaded a wrongly tagged song. (off course i can be totally wrong too)
