A song I heard on the radio today..

It was a beautiful song, real soft and a guy song it and his voice went really high..

these are the only lyrics I could get out of it though

"Turn on me... Turn me on........" he said those in long variations, I think it might have been an older song but the guy sounded exactly like "Keane"

I think that song is "Turn Me On" by Kevin Lyttle.
