Solved: "Will you meet me?" "fly away?"

I'm looking for a song/album/singer from when I was in school, late 80's early 90's.
It's sampled in the O.B.E track by Rabbit in the Moon.
It's a female vocalist, it was alternative music at the time.
And the song in question was real ambient sounding.
It's not Tori Amos, however she is sample in the track also.....
Two Lines: "will you meet me?" & "Fly away"
Any words of wisdom?

Rabbit In The Moon is my favorite electronic group! Ive followed them for years and seen them countless times. July 3rd is actually the last time I saw them.
