Solved: Old sounding power metal band lyrics

I've only heard this song from one source and it sounds as if it's pretty old. I can't find the song name anywhere on the internet and I lost the video that had the song in it and I want to find it again! I think these lyrics are somewhat accurate if anyone can help me out, it's been a while since I've heard the song.

This is probably really confusing but I've been looking for it forever. I'm pretty sure it's an old school power metal band if that helps and it's clean vocals. Oh and I'm not really but kinda sure the intro sounds like this(meaning it's probably not these lyrics, but just sounds like it):

I grew up very hard
I'm the pale of the pill

Anyways help if you can please I'd really like to figure out what song this is!! Or if you could refer me to some old power metal bands I could do some research. Thanks!
