The song is from the 90's, I only heard it once on the radio when it was still new, but I never heard the name of the artist. I still remember the chorus though.
"I cant remeber your smile, I cant remember your touch, if this is love why does it hurt so much.
Also another part of the song I remeber is this.
" I need you like I need oxygen"
If anyone has any idea who sings this it would be great.

I don't think it's the song the original poster is looking for. It doesn't say anything at all about "remembering a smile, touch, if this is love why does it hurt so much." So unless the original poster has got two songs mixed up, that can't be the one
