they're not meant to question your true intentions

and i realize that this song may sound so cliche
but i know no other means to express the way I feel
about you and me

The ending is kinda weak

The ending does kill the song a bit. I personally don't like it when songs mention being a song. It just seems weird and kills the mood.
Perhaps you could take the second last stanza and change it a little for repetition. If you allow me a little bit of deviation...

"cause when i look into your eyes
i see only good
you smell like how an angel really should"

then just play with it and give it something that sounds final, but smoother. This is just one option that I find works for a cheat ending.

"...cause when i look into your eyes
i can only see what's right
you are the only angel in my sight"

Just and idea to think about if you find your ending doesn't feel right.
